For orders inside of Sweden:

A shipping charge of 0 USD is added to all orders. We ship your goods with USPS or Postnord and HongKong Post and/or other shipping partners.

For orders outside of Sweden:

A shipping charge of 0 USD is added to all orders. We ship your goods with POSTNORD SVERIGE AB, USPS, The Royal Mail (UK) and HongKong Post and/or other shipping partners.

4.2 Deliveries

Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase. Smartphone assembly production may take longer time, anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks, especially due to the current Corona-virus COVID-19 situation, blocking a lot of trade within China and Hong Kong.

4.3 Damaged goods and complaints

For orders inside of Sweden:

When getting your goods it’s important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to the address [email protected] for further instructions. You have 3 years of claim under Swedish law.

For orders outside of Sweden:

Orders outside of Sweden fall under such local laws.

5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

For orders inside of Sweden:

As a customer, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods can be returned in original packaging and are in a substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it should not be used in addition to this. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

For orders outside of Sweden:

No return policy, unless specified by local laws of such locale.

6. Repayment obligation

For orders inside of Sweden:

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You will be charged the return cost when the item is returned. We pay all the return costs to send back so-called replacement goods
